Your duties will primarily consist of assisting the Prosecuting Attorney with the preparations for these cases. There is then the Courts-Martial side of Military Justice. Adverse Actions covers the processing of Non-Judicial Punishments (Article 15s), Administrative Demotions, Administrative Separations, reviewing UIF's for legal sufficiency, and assisting units with the review of Administrative Actions (LOCs, LOAs, and LORs).
